Available warming Centers in Linn County

Linn County will be under an Extreme Cold Warning issued by the National Weather Service beginning at midnight tonight, Jan. 22.

Due to the dangerously cold temperatures expected over the next several days, the Linn County Emergency Management Agency has released a list of designated warming centers available throughout the county during regular operating hours.

Additional Information

Warming centers provide a temporary place to get out of dangerous cold. Services are limited to what is normally available at each location. Residents are encouraged to call ahead or check online to confirm hours.

An overnight winter weather shelter is also available for Linn County residents needing temporary overnight housing when traditional homeless shelters are full.
